Phaser template with Node.js and TypeScript using Webpack

I was playing around with PhaserJS a bit, and at the time there was neither template nor documentation on how to set up PhaserJS with TypeScript. I have got asked to share how I set up with TypeScript, so I have created this template project, in case someone would like to use it in the future.
